Association of PD-L1 expression and clinical outcomes in ROS1-rearranged advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated with entrectinib
Abstract
In patients with advanced ROS1 rearrangement-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), the relationship between programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression and the efficacy of tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) remains uncertain. In this study, we analyzed the clinical data of patients with advanced NSCLC harboring ROS1 rearrangements treated with entrectinib to investigate the correlation between PD-L1 expression and the efficacy of entrectinib.
