Inhibition of MEK, a canonical KRAS pathway effector in KRAS mutant NSCLC
Abstract
KRAS mutant NSCLC cells require active nuclear export of Iκβα (also known as NFKBIA), a negative regulatory protein of NF-κB signaling, for maintaining survival signaling (1-3). Nuclear export receptor XPO1 correlates with KRAS mutation status.
